What are your pricing and booking terms?
Pricing varies depending on the season and whether you choose the Wooden Villa, Stone Villa, or a group dormitory stay. We offer the absolute best rates and priority service when you book directly with us through WhatsApp or our website.
What food options are available?
Our in-house restaurant serves fresh, locally sourced meals prepared daily. We offer custom menus for group stays, corporate offsites, and celebrations. And special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is at 12:30 PM, and check-out is at 10:30 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellations up to 7 days before your scheduled stay for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a one-night charge. Special terms apply for full-property buyouts and large events.
Can we play music by the pool or bonfire?
Yes, we encourage you to enjoy our premium music systems during your stay! To maintain the serene environment for all guests and respect local noise ordinances, we ask that outdoor music is kept at a moderate volume and moved indoors after 10:00 PM.
