Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled at Breathe Wild to ensure a fair process for everyone.

1. Cancellation by Guest

- Cancellation more than 7 days before check-in:

✅ 100% refund of the advance amount paid.

- Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in:

✅ 50% refund of the advance amount paid.

- Cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in or No-Show:

❌ No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Resort

- In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural calamities, operational issues, or government restrictions), Breathe Wild may cancel your booking.

- In such cases, guests will be offered either: A full refund, orRescheduling the stay at a mutually convenient date.

3. Refund Process

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

- Transaction charges or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Modification of Booking

- Date changes are subject to availability.

- No extra charges will apply if the request is made more than 7 days before the original check-in date.

- For modifications requested within 7 days of the check-in date, a rescheduling fee may be applicable.

5. Early Check-Out

If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, no refund will be applicable for unused nights.

6. Non-Arrival (No Show)

In case of no arrival without prior notice, the booking will be treated as canceled, and no refund will be issued.

7. Group Bookings

Separate cancellation and refund policies may apply for group bookings (more than 5 rooms/camping tents).

9. Force Majeure

Events like natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc., will be considered under the "Force Majeure" clause, and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. The updated policy will be available on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
