Welcome to Breathe Wild at Sur Datta Resort ("we," "us," or "our").

By making a booking or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations

- All bookings are subject to availability.

- A booking is confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment.

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once booked, your rate is secured.

2. Payment Policy

- Advance payment is required to secure your reservation.

- We accept payment via UPI & Net Banking.

- The balance amount, if any, must be paid at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund.

- Less than 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Within 48 hours of check-in or No Show: No refund.

- Cancellations must be communicated via email at [email protected]

4. Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

- Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort rules.

- Any damage caused to property will be charged to the guest.

6. Resort Rules

- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

- Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

- Pets may or may not be allowed (please confirm while booking).

- Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

7. Liability Disclaimer

- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

- We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions that may affect your stay.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The updated Terms will be posted on our website.
